Shipping to the EU

Just an update on the situation regarding shipping orders to Ireland and the EU, due to the EU's ludicrous customs enforcement it is no longer possible to supply any items to Ireland or the EU as special customs codes are required but do not actually exist for Nursecall equipment and parcels are now being rejected by customs.

Northern Ireland being part of the UK is still subject to some customs rules but we will be still be posting orders to all BT postcodes.

We apollogise to our Irish customers and thank you for your custom but this is beyond our control
