In 2011 I decided that the Care and Nursing industry need somewhere that they could source spare parts and accessories for their Nursecall alarm systems without the delays normally encountered when ordering from a large installation or maintenance company. No-one had done this before and so progress was slow at first as no-one thought of looking online for parts. Manufacturers were dubious at first when I asked them to supply me but slowly I managed to convince them that it could work and Nursecall Bits was born.
Over the last 10 years Nursecall Bits has gone from strength to strength and the fact that so many other companies have copied us is evidence of what a good idea it was. With my 40 years experience in the installation and maintenance of Nursecall and Fire Alarm system I have managed to help many Nursing & Care homes to keep their old systems running and this has proven so helpful especially through Covid when some suppliers have had difficulty maintaining supply. With our comprehensive stock of parts we can despatch most items the same day by first class recorded delivery. My library of technical manuals means that advice can be given to help engineers and maintenance men to clear faults quickly.
